HC System Improvement & Developmet

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and supervise the creation of the HCIS for employees, specializing in data accessibility, system testing, report generation, and data analysis for improvements.
• Optimize business processes, SOPs, and digital systems for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage employee database, internal communication, workforce data, payroll systems, and prepare monthly employee data reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) from all Information System Major
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from reputable university
• Detail oriented on data
• Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, technological skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Computer literacy is a must
• Experience in managing HCIS is a plus
• Proficient in English
